Khudhaifa, 22, from Pemba Island, was born with a shortened limb that made walking difficult for many years. Despite the daily challenges, she never lost hope.

Mr. Zamir (left in the picture) lost his left leg in 2021 while working on renovation at Bait al Ajaib (House of Wonders), Forodhani – Zanzibar. The accident changed his life, but it did not stop his determination to move forward.
